Warehouse Operative

As a Warehouse Operative, you will be an integral part of our logistics team, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our warehouse. Your primary responsibilities will include receiving, storing, picking, packing, and dispatching goods, all while maintaining a safe and organised working environment.

**Key Responsibilities:**
* Accurately receive, check, and store incoming goods.
* Pick and pack orders for dispatch, ensuring accuracy and quality control.
* Load and unload delivery vehicles safely and efficiently.
* Maintain a clean, tidy, and organised warehouse environment.
* Adhere strictly to all health and safety regulations and company policies.
* Assist with regular inventory counts and stock rotation.
* Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet trucks) as required and after appropriate training.

**Requirements:**
* Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
* Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
* Good communication and teamwork skills.
* Basic literacy and numeracy skills.
* Reliable, punctual, and possess a strong work ethic.
* Prior warehouse experience is beneficial but not essential, as full training will be provided.
* Must be eligible to work in the UK.

**Working Hours:** This is a part-time position with a guaranteed 12-hour contract per week, with potential for additional hours based on business needs.
