Warehouse Operative

About the Role

We are looking for reliable and hardworking Warehouse Operatives to join our growing team. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and are committed to maintaining high standards of safety, accuracy and productivity.

As a Warehouse Operative, you will play an important role in ensuring goods are received, stored, picked, packed and dispatched efficiently while supporting the day-to-day operations of the warehouse.

Key Responsibilities
Receive and unload incoming deliveries.
Pick customer orders accurately using pick lists or handheld scanners.
Pack goods securely for dispatch.
Label products and prepare shipments.
Load and unload vehicles safely.
Organise stock within designated warehouse locations.
Carry out stock replenishment and inventory checks.
Maintain a clean, safe and organised working environment.
Follow warehouse procedures and health & safety regulations.
Report damaged goods, stock discrepancies or equipment issues to supervisors.
Assist with general warehouse duties as required.
Requirements
Essential
Good level of physical fitness.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Good attention to detail.
Reliable, punctual and hardworking.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good communication skills.
Right to work in the UK.
Desirable
Previous warehouse experience.
Experience using handheld barcode scanners.
Order picking and packing experience.
Forklift licence (if applicable).
Basic computer skills.

Physical Requirements
