AILZE LTD is registered with the Information Commissioner's Office under registration reference ZC217506.
These Terms apply to candidates, employers, recruiters and other authorised users of JoinSpace. By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to these Terms.
JoinSpace provides recruitment-related functionality which may include:
These functions reflect JoinSpace's documented candidate and employer workflows.
We may improve, update or change platform functionality where reasonably necessary.
You must provide accurate and current information when registering.
You are responsible for:
You must not attempt to access another user's account, bypass security controls, scrape the platform without permission, interfere with the service, introduce malicious software or use JoinSpace for unlawful purposes.
Candidates are responsible for ensuring that information contained in their profile, CV and applications is materially accurate.
Creating a JoinSpace profile or appearing in search results does not guarantee employment, an interview, an offer, a particular ranking or any recruitment outcome.
Candidates retain responsibility for confirming the terms and suitability of any employment opportunity offered to them.
Employers and recruiters must use JoinSpace only for genuine and lawful recruitment purposes.
They are responsible for:
Recruitment practices must comply with applicable equality and discrimination law.
Employers must not submit discriminatory, misleading, defamatory, unlawful or infringing content.
JoinSpace may use AI to help interpret recruiter requirements and rank or group potentially relevant candidates.
AI recommendations are not final hiring decisions.
AI-generated results may sometimes be incomplete, inconsistent or inaccurate because results depend on factors including candidate data, CV extraction, recruiter instructions and the behaviour of third-party AI systems. JoinSpace's own R&D identified risks including incomplete data, model variability, hallucination, bias and privacy concerns.
Recruiters must independently review AI-assisted recommendations before making recruitment decisions.
JoinSpace should not be used to make unlawful discriminatory decisions or to automatically reject or appoint candidates solely because of an AI ranking. This reflects both JoinSpace's intended human-review workflow and current ICO expectations for responsible recruitment automation.
JoinSpace may convert candidate and workplace addresses or postcodes into geographic information to support location-based candidate searches.
Distances and geographic results are provided as recruitment-support information. They may be affected by incomplete addresses, geocoding accuracy, transport routes or third-party mapping services.
Employers and candidates should independently confirm travel requirements and workplace locations before relying on them.
JoinSpace may interact with third-party services including mapping providers, AI providers, Companies House information services, email providers and external recruitment/job-distribution services.
We are not responsible for interruptions or inaccuracies caused exclusively by third-party systems outside our reasonable control.
Third-party services may also have their own terms and privacy policies.
JoinSpace's software, source code, architecture, designs, interfaces, workflows, branding and associated intellectual property belong to AILZE LTD or its licensors. JoinSpace's development documentation records the product's source code, architecture and workflows as AILZE LTD intellectual property.
Users retain ownership of content they lawfully submit.
By uploading information to JoinSpace, you grant AILZE LTD a limited licence to store, process, display and transmit that content only as reasonably necessary to provide, secure and operate the service and comply with applicable law.
You must not upload material that you do not have the right to use.
Where an employer uses a paid JoinSpace plan, applicable charges, billing periods, included features, renewal arrangements and cancellation terms will be those presented when the plan is purchased or contained in the relevant order or subscription agreement.
No payment obligation should be created unless the applicable price and payment commitment have been clearly communicated.
Where consumer law applies, statutory consumer rights are not affected. Consumer-facing contractual terms must be fair and transparent under UK consumer law.
We may suspend or restrict an account where reasonably necessary because of:
Users may request account closure, subject to information we are lawfully required or entitled to retain.
We aim to provide a reliable service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.
Maintenance, technical faults, third-party failures, cybersecurity incidents or circumstances outside our reasonable control may temporarily affect availability.
JoinSpace is a recruitment technology and decision-support platform. We do not warrant that use of the platform will result in a particular candidate, job, placement, revenue level or recruitment outcome.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation or death or personal injury caused by negligence.
For individual users acting as consumers, nothing in these Terms removes statutory rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted. UK consumer law requires terms affecting consumers to be fair and transparent.
For business users, to the fullest extent permitted by law, AILZE LTD will not be responsible for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, business opportunity, anticipated savings or goodwill arising from use of JoinSpace.
Subject to liabilities which cannot legally be restricted, AILZE LTD's aggregate contractual liability to a paying business customer should ordinarily be limited to the fees paid by that customer for JoinSpace during the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Any B2B limitation must remain subject to applicable statutory controls and the reasonableness requirements applying to exclusions and limitations of liability. Government standard commercial terms similarly separate data protection, intellectual property, indemnity and limitation-of-liability provisions.
A business user will be responsible for losses reasonably incurred by AILZE LTD resulting from that user's unlawful job advertisements, unlawful use of candidate information, infringement of third-party intellectual-property rights or material breach of applicable recruitment/data-protection obligations, to the extent legally enforceable.
This clause is intended for business users and not consumers.
Use of personal information through JoinSpace is governed by the JoinSpace Privacy Policy.
Employers remain responsible for their own obligations where they independently determine how and why they process candidate information. Where AILZE LTD acts as a processor for a business customer, any separate Data Processing Agreement will take precedence regarding that processing.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
For business users, the courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction unless otherwise agreed.
For consumers, this clause does not remove any mandatory jurisdictional rights available under applicable law.
