**Key Responsibilities:**
* Accurately receive, unload, and store incoming goods, verifying quantities against documentation.
* Efficiently pick and pack customer orders according to specifications, ensuring accuracy and quality.
* Prepare goods for dispatch, including labelling and loading onto delivery vehicles.
* Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
* Conduct regular inventory checks and report any discrepancies or damaged items.
* Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet trucks, forklifts) safely and efficiently, if certified, or be willing to undergo training.
* Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to meet daily targets and operational goals.
**Requirements:**
* A strong work ethic and the ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting and moving heavy items.
* Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all tasks.
* Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
* Basic literacy and numeracy skills are essential.
* Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is advantageous but not strictly required, as full training will be provided.
* Flexibility to work various shifts, which may include evenings and weekends, as per operational needs.
* A proactive attitude towards learning and continuous improvement.
**Working Hours:** Typically 37.5 hours per week, across various shifts.
